Mr. Sourabh Mukhopadhyay

Mr. Mukhopadhyay is an accomplished researcher currently pursuing his PhD at IIT Kharagpur, where he also completed his Masters degree in 2016. With over 8.5 years of experience in agricultural product development, he has developed a strong expertise in areas such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Discrete Element Method (DEM), Machine Learning (ML), and Fluid Structure Interaction (FSI). His extensive research background includes significant work on multiphase and granular flow, which has resulted in the filing of 7 patents related to agricultural product development and the publication of 5 papers in highly regarded international journals.

His PhD research focuses on developing a contact model to evaluate energy dissipation in bulk granular flow, further enhancing his contributions to the field. He has a keen interest in back-end code development and deployment for CFD and DEM applications, showcasing his technical proficiency and dedication to advancing technology.
