OpenFOAM is really a powerful tool to analyze complex problems in a really straightforward way. It took a bit of time to grasp the basics, but once that is done, one can further play along with it with any possible given situation.

FOSSEE and IIT Bombay is a good place to work, Dr. Shivasubramanian had really good problems for OpenFOAM and Sathish and Deepa were really supportive and guided us well through the process. I would recommend any beginner in CFD to use OpenFOAM. I appreciate FOSSEE's work in getting people to use OpenFOAM and other open source softwares.
